BACS(Bank Transfers) is simple, secure and reliable and the preferred payment method.
To pay for your items by BACS please complete your order at check out by selecting BACS for your payment method and continue through the following procedures.
PAYPAL - To use this method please add the item or items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and you will then be guided through to the PAYPAL site to enter payment details. PAYPAL will process your payment so no card details will be entered into the
UKSS website.
Cheque or Postal Order- Payable to UK Shadow Seekers
We advise you to contact us first to inform us of this preferred method.
Once payments are cleared, your order will be processed and sent accordingly.

If you wish you can send us a £15 non-returnable deposit per person to secure your booking. Balance must be paid8 weeks before the event (unless otherwise arranged) as after this period we have right to resell your place. Read More >>>

IMPORTANT – The consumption of Alcohol or Illegal Substances are not permitted, prior or during an investigation
Please Remember: Before you book with the UK Shadow Seekers, you will need to read our Code of Practice as the safety and security of all our attendees whilst on location is most important.
When booking a location with the UKSS, you also agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
Investigation Tickets
When ordering, you will have an option to receive your Tickets and Confirmation either via email or for an additional price of £2.50 by 1st Class Recorded Post
For safety reason all attendees are entered into the Fire Register for our events.
So an email to confirm the names of those attending will be required.
All participants must be 18 or over to be covered by our insurance (I.D may be requested)
All events run for a duration of: 8pm – 4.00am including investigation unless otherwise stated
