Loyalty Card Scheme

Every time you book and attend an investigation with the UKSS you will receive a stamp on your loyalty card.

Get 5 stamps on your Loyalty Card within a 10 month period (from the issue date) and you can book a 6th investigation for FREE. Terms and Conditions apply.

How to Receive Your Loyalty Card
To receive your UKSS Loyalty Card, simply book any of our investigations in 2011.  Your details; name, email address and phone number will then be entered into our database.

Your UKSS Loyalty Card will be sent with your 1st Booking Confirmation.

For every booking you make thereafter, bring your Loyalty Card with you to the investigation to be stamped by an official UKSS Team Member. You must attend to get your card stamped.

NB: The onus is on you to bring your card to the investigation as back stamps are not available

When you have collected all 5 stamps on your Loyalty Card, you will be able to choose your 6th investigation for Free. Subject to Availability

Terms & Conditions
1. The UKSS reserve the right to (a) terminate the scheme (b) withdraw or cancel the card on reasonable grounds or (c) alter or change the conditions of the Loyalty Card.

Reasonable grounds include; abuse or attempted abuse to the scheme.

2. This card is non-transferable and use is permitted only by the cardholder to whom it has been issued.

3. No cash alternatives are permitted.

4. The UKSS Loyalty Card cannot be sold or traded in any way.

5. Members can be removed from the Loyalty Card scheme at the discretion of the UKSS

6. Cards and stamps carry no cash value and may not be exchanged for any other offer or service.

7. The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

8. You must attend to get your card stamped. Back stamps are not available.
