These terms of use apply to your use of the UK Shadow Seekers (UKSS) Paranormal Store and our services. You need ensure that you have familiarized yourself with these terms prior to using the UKSS Paranormal Store.

By entering the UKSS Paranormal Store, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions about these terms, the UKSS Paranormal Store or the services, please contact us.

We may change these terms from time to time at any time by posting the amended terms.
All changes will become effective from the date that they are posted and shall be deemed to have been accepted by all users of the UKSS Paranormal Store as from the time and date that they are posted.

Visiting the Store
Anyone may browse the Store and send inquiries to us.
By purchasing these products you agree to the following: -

All purchases are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.

Events
Please Note: Confirmation and E-Tickets will be dispatched within 7 working days unless otherwise stated, along with our Code of Practice

Please refer to the REFUND POLICY within the TERMS & CONDITIONS regarding any cancellations.

Investigation Tickets
In order to allocate your Tickets we require you to confirm the names of those attending.
Please include details within the Payment Information section when proceeding with your booking.

For safety reason all attendees are entered into the Fire Register for our events
All participants must be 18 or over to be covered by our insurance (I.D may be requested)

A Code of Conduct/Disclaimer is required to be signed for all our investigations.
All participants are to act in a mature and responsible manner whilst attending investigations and must ensure the health and safety of themselves and other participants at all times, failure to do so may result in our insurance policy not being valid for any claims. Faking paranormal activity will not be tolerated, therefore we ask you not to spoil the night for others in your group. Anyone found faking will be asked to leave.

Psychic Events including Suppers, Evenings, Fairs etc
Your psychic consultation is subject to your own personal interpretation. The information provided does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice. The client receiving the psychic reading is responsible for all of their own choices and/or actions.

Shipping Policy
Items we hold in stock will be shipped on a next day delivery once payment has been cleared.
Most items are made to order and will be dispatched once completed. All items will be dispatched within 28 days unless otherwise agreed. If there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.

We can only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Your order will be delivered to the billing address or, if specified on the Order Form, to an alternative delivery address, as long as that address is in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).

The price of the all Products are exclusive of Postage + Packaging.

A signature will be required on delivery of your purchase depending on your Postage preference. Receipt of a signature at the specified delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you.

You can track the latest status of your order via the link within your emailed receipt.

Returns
Inspect and check your order as soon as possible.
No returns or exchanges after 14 days from delivery date.

Regarding Ticket Sales – please refer to our Refund Policy

Regarding Merchandise -  Goods may be returned for a refund / exchange within 14 days of receipt, this is on the condition that they are returned unused (in their original packaging if appropriate).

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price.

Returnable items must be sent back within 14 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to an error on our part.  ie. wrong item or size.

If an item must be returned due to our error, please contact us on 0845 123 5073 Monday through Friday, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.  so that we may assist you in processing the return.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes: –
* 5 to 10 business days – Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper is
* 3 to 5 business days – Process time of your return once we receive it.
* 5 to 10 business days – Time it takes our bank to process your refund.

Please Note:
Apart from our own Products and Events, the UK Shadow Seekers Team are not responsible for any Vendors goods or events advertising within our store.

All Vendors and Charity Organizers are solely responsible for warranties and guarantees on goods, any cancellations or on return policies.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not pass your details to third parties for the purposes of allowing them to market their products or service to you. Furthermore we do not market third party products or services, except for those expressly connected with the UK Shadow Seekers

Inspect and check your items as soon as possible.
No returns or exchanges after 60 days from delivery date. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, Pretty Baby Gifts will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding cameras, personalized items, food, beverages, and underwear, which are not returnable). Returnable items must be sent back within 60 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If an item must be returned due to our error, please contact Customer Service at (888) 381-8866 Monday through Friday, between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST so that we may assist you in processing the return.
